Shipping Policy

At CPK Association, our mission is to educate, support, and connect individuals through high-quality information and resources. If and when physical products become available for purchase through our website, the following shipping policy will apply.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping through major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but standard U.S. delivery is typically 5–10 business days.

Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination address.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.

4. Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

5. Delivery Issues

CPK Association is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to confirm a new address. Additional shipping fees may apply for resending the order.

6. Digital Products

Any digital products (such as downloadable resources or online educational materials) are not subject to shipping. Access instructions will be delivered to your email after purchase.
