Recap of CPK Winter
Symposium 2006
If you didn't make it to the CPK Winter Symposium in Dallas, you missed some great speakers, outstanding education, and a good time with CPK comrades. Here’s a recap of all you missed…
Dr. Dave Dammert offered some great insights into homeopathy, complete with history, philosophy, energetic information, and CPK applications. He even went the extra mile by providing free Arnica Montana for everyone in attendance.
Ardella T. Haman brought her 70+ (Yes, she's over 90!) years of experience to share in explaining how she tests for clinical nutrition needs and finds the right supplements for her patients. She was doing nutrition before nutrition was cool, and she really knows her stuff. Best of all, she's always promoted her nutrition through chiropractic, which she feels is the most correct form of health care. Her information on how to check nutrition specific to each organ had great applicability to CPK processing.
Dr. Adrian Larsen shared some insights into the latest developments in quantum physics and human interactions in CPK processing and patient healing. Those in attendance roundly praised his presentation as both revealing and confirming the underlying mechanisms of CPK.
Dr. Milton Dowty, our founder, shared information about balancing hormones, and his discovery that DL Phenylalanine is often a culprit in hormone imbalances. He also covered issues with reactive organs, posterior tibialis syndrome and updated login procedures. Listening to Dr. Dowty is always a treat, and the best way to stay on the cutting edge.
Dr. Alan Trites gave a great overview of muscle testing do’s and don’ts, together with common mistakes. Even better, he demonstrated how to use muscle testing for very convincing patient demonstrations.
Dr. Matt Goltl demonstrated Les Feinberg’s NeuroModulation Technique (NMT)—a first for CPK. Dr. Goltl has created an integration that utilizes advanced NMT work in conjunction with CPK processing to produce outstanding patient results. This demonstration alone was worth the price of admission.

This Year’s Program is as follows:
Friday, January 20
1:00 PM - 3:00
PM David Dammert,
D.C.
“Homeopathy –
Principles, Progressions, and the Laws of
Cure.”
After a brief examination of the history and principles of homeopathy, Dr. Dammert will explore the connection between Hahnemann’s “vital force” and Palmer’s “innate intelligence”; emphasizing how the well-chosen remedy suggests to the patient a more physiologically balanced health image; thereby augmenting chiropractic in promoting neuro-musculo-skeletal integrity.
3:15 PM - 6:00
PM Ardella T.
Haman, FACNN
“Nutrition in Your
Practice”
In this session Ardella T. Haman will give a brief history of how she helped develop nutritional products with research and testing working strictly with Chiropractors—teaching them to integrate nutrition into their practices.
Relying heavily on her 70+ years of clinical experience, she will teach how the use of a nutritional maintenance program will help your patients hold their adjustments and help you maintain a healthy bottom line.
6:00 PM - 7:00 PM Pre-Dinner Networking
Saturday, January 21
9:00 AM - 10:15 AM
Adrian Larsen,
D.C.
“Subtle Energies”
Dr. Adrian Larsen, founder of Miridia Technology Inc. and inventor of the AcuGraph® Digital Meridian Imaging system will be lecturing on innate intelligence and healing. He will also present on the relevant discoveries in quantum physics, body energetics, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and thought.
10:30 AM - 12:00
PM Milton Dowty,
D.C.
New Innovations in CPK
Dr. Milton E. Dowty, founder of Chiro+Plus Kinesiology, will be presenting the latest and greatest innovations within the CPK system. If you missed the Summer Conference in Kansas City, Dr. Dowty revealed two gems, the posterior tibialis syndrome and three acupuncture points commonly used to correct chemical sensitivities. Don’t miss the newest information from Dr. Dowty’s continued research.
12:00 PM - 2:00 PM Lunch with Speaker (TBA)
2:00 PM - 3:00
PM Alan Trites,
D.C.
Advanced Muscle Testing
Dr. Trites will revisit the intricacies of muscle testing in chiropractic practice and the issues pertinent to correct and incorrect procedures. We will review the rules, revisit the neurological pathways, discuss patient education, and most importantly, learn how to identify faulty and imprecise muscle tests.
3:15 PM - 6:00
PM Matt Goltl,
D.C.
Neuromodulation Technique
Dr. Goltl, a popular CPK instructor and advanced practitioner will discuss the integration of NMT with the practice of CPK. Assisted by Tom Rogers D.C.. he will speak about identifying cognitive faults and pernicious peptide formation, which impair the patients’ ability to heal, and prolong the subluxation complex.
